MKJ SPORT (MMA)
This is an adaptation of MKJ technique for the ring, focusing on kick boxing and submission wrestling, it borrows additionally from Muay Thai, Sambo, Judo and other styles and boasts rigorous conditioning, simplified sport technique and sparring.
