Core Fit

A path to well rounded strength, agility and mobility, Core classes are meant to bring greater fitness, focus and flow through mindful training.

All physical training is based on pilates* combined with yoga and martial arts conditioning.  Each class begins with a warm up and ends with stretching and/or relaxation.
 
Core strength:  Building core - pure abs with a little extra! 
 
Core awareness:  Slow paced classes meant to cultivate greater awareness of the body through mindful exercise.
 
Core circuit: Full-body core based training in a circuit format - we provide the training stations, the music and the coaching!
 
Hard core:  High intensity, drill-based, full body work-out.
 
Stress release: From pure relaxation to the total beating of punching bags, everything goes!  Class begins with tension release and ends with relaxation and/or meditation, mysticism free.

Levels
 
With the exception of "Hard Core", classes are multi-leveled and designed to provide options to all practitionners. 
 
You are always guided at your own pace, always respecting the body.
