Integrated Fighting Systems' CORE COMBATIVES course offers a concentrated program of defensive tactics fundamentals for the 21st century. Our curriculum combines established Western, Asian and Orthodox traditions of modern combatives along with cutting edge research from psychology, motor behavior and education. Built on a dynamic model of combat conditioning, our Core Combatives program boasts a hyper-accelerated training  progression that works from the most essential fundamentals, through high repetition drilling, to free flow play to pressure-testing and simulations in a host of host of essential topics including:
