CLASS TYPES
Our Foundation and Accelerated classes offer different environments through different training dynamics and integration:

Foundation Classes
These classes focus on key biomechanical principles and essential techniques in a non to low contact dynamic.

Accelerated Classes
Open to students of all levels (including complete beginners), these classes focus on more advanced concepts in a faster-paced, higher contact dynamic.

Tuesdays, Thursdays 8:00-9:00pm

Women's Self-Defense
Mondays, Wednesdays 5:30-6:15pm

Fridays 5:30-6:30pm

Seminars

Every Saturday, we offer you, included in your membership, a 2 to 5 hour seminar providing you with a deeper understanding and training of a particular topic.

 

Saturdays 10:00am-12:00*pm
